Introduction

Welcome to Team Palomino!

Welcome to Team Palomino! My name is Courtney Jensen and I will be your Pre-Algebra/Algebra 1/Geometry teacher! I am originally from California and received my bachelor's degree in elementary education with an emphasis in Middle-Level Mathematics from Northwest University where I was a softball player! My husband, Trevor, and I just moved this past summer and now live in Parker with our corgi Raptor! 

This is my fourth year teaching Pre-Algebra/Algebra 1/Geometry and I love it! I spent my first two years teaching 7th and 8th grade math in Yorba Linda, California, but this is my second year as a Cimarron Colt! 

I am looking forward to working with your child this school year and encourage parental involvement. Be sure to check the calendar for upcoming events, projects, and due dates and to familiarize yourself with Google Classroom where you will be able to find assignments to download and complete from home.
