A little bit about Ms. Annie:

I am honored to share this is my eighth year at Iron Horse. I graduated with an MSW from the University of Denver in 2019, and I've been grateful to walk through our school's doors as your social worker ever since. Prior to earning my degree as a social worker, I was a stay at home mom for eleven years and a first-grade teacher for thirteen. In addition to my teaching and social work degrees, I also hold a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. The culmination of my professional and personal experiences help guide me as a school social worker, and I cannot think of a better job or a better place to work with kids!

I am a Colorado native and I have also lived abroad. My husband and I are the proud parents of two daughters. Ella is a junior at the University of Oklahoma where she intends to major in Economics and Acting, and Jane is a senior at Cherry Creek High School.
