Our focus In 8th grade social studies will center around the study of US History - from the steps leading up to the Revolutionary War to the Reconstruction period after the Civil War.

About me
I have been teaching middle school for 28 years and still LOVE IT! I have an awesome husband, Mark. We have been married for 25 years. I have a 23 year old daughter named Kate who is working In southern California at a physics and astronomy camp. My son Andrew is a junior in college and Is attending American University in Washington, DC studying pre-law. I love to read, cook, play tennis and travel when I am not in the classroom.
