Hi, I'm Ms. Anzlovar!

I can't to learn all about my new students and families! 

This is my sixth year teaching in elementary education. I taught sixth grade for three years and third grade for two. After taking the last two years to stay home with my kids, I'm so excited to be back in the classroom doing what I love. This year is even more special because my daughter is starting kindergarten here at Gold Rush!

I earned my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from CSU and my master's degree from Regis University. 

Outside of school,  you'll find me spending time with my husband, Jerod, and two kids—Millie (5) and Miles (2). I met my husband when we were in high school and we've been together ever since. We also have two fluff-ball Pomeranians, Tina and Rey. 

When I have free time, you'll usually find me reading,  watching the latest tv show, spending time outside, or listening to music. 

I believe the best classrooms are built on a strong sense of community. My goal is for every child to feel excited to come to school each day and know they have a special place in our classroom. I will always be there to cheer your kid on during every win and opportunity for growth!
