My name is Allison Lefrancois, and I’m so excited to be joining the team as a Math Interventionist this year!

This will be my 9th year in education. I attended the University of Northern Colorado and graduated with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies. While at UNC, I emphasized in K-6 math instruction and minored in psychology. Throughout my career, I have taught both 1st and 3rd grade and privately tutored students from 1st to 12th grade in math. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and curiosity in math. I believe that when students are given the time, support, and tools to engage in logical problem-solving, they can truly develop a deeper love of math. I also believe that strong connections are at the heart of great learning. My goal is to create a space where every student feels seen, supported, and encouraged to take risks and grow.

I am a true Colorado native and can't imagine living anywhere else! Outside of school, I love being active and spending time outdoors, especially paddleboarding, hiking, and running in the Colorado sunshine. I live with my boyfriend, his cat, and my sweet dog, Pippa. When I’m not adventuring outside, I’m likely enjoying time with family and friends or relaxing with a good cup of coffee.

I’m so happy to be part of the Heritage community and can’t wait to connect with students, families, and staff this year!
