Jazz Band

The Douglas High School Jazz Band is open to all students enrolled in a band class. Jazz Band is an extracurricular ensemble that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4:00 at the conclusion of the Marching Band Season. Students learn the fundamentals of improvisation and work to learn and perform a variety of styles with typical Big Band instrumentation.
