iPads are attached to your student automatically and no initial login is required. We suggest logging into the following services on your iPad.
Clever Google Drive Canvas
iPads connect to the district wifi automatically when on campus.
Connect the ipad to your home wifi when off campus.
To connect an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch to your wireless home network:
Tap the Settings icon.
Tap Wi-Fi.
Confirm that Wi-Fi is set to On.
Choose your network from the list provided.
Enter your network's encryption key if you're prompted and tap Join.
If you cannot offer your student home internet access, please click on THIS LINK to request cellular service be activated for your student's ipad.
DO
● Take similar care of your iPad as you would with a laptop
● Close the case with the magnetic latch in place when not in use
● Clean the iPad and case with a lent-free cloth. You can dampen the cloth a bit, if necessary.
DON’T
● Intentionally damage the case or the iPad. You may be charged a fee for intentional damage.
● Place objects between the iPad and keyboard when closing the case as it can damage the screen and/or keyboard
Troubleshooting The Rugged Combo 3 keyboard is not typing when connected to the Smart Connector
● Ensure that the Smart Connector on the iPad and the Keyboard are clean and free of debris.
● Soft Reset the iPad (Press and hold the power button and the home button simultaneously until the iPad reboots and an Apple logo appears on screen, then release the two buttons and test the keyboard once fully booted up)
