The Georgia Professional Association of Community Supervision (GPACS) is honored to announce a Call for Presenters for the GPACS 2022 Summer Conference, August 24 - 26, 2022, in Savannah, GA.
The goal of the GPACS training conference is to provide professionals with training and workshop opportunities that focus on developing professional skills and knowledge that can be utilized to advance community supervision. Preference will be given to workshop proposals that include interactive activities, audience participation, new technological advances and skills, new skill development, and new research in the community supervision or criminal justice field.
Note: GPACS reserves the right to move this training institute to a virtual format based on safety and health needs related to the Coronavirus. If so, presenters will be informed throughout the process as the situation demands.
GPACS is the professional training organization in Georgia for the state's community supervision staff. Membership includes professionals with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, State Board of Pardons and Paroles, Georgia Department of Corrections, and Misdemeanor Probation.
