SHEPHERD HILL INVITATIONAL
Order of Appearance will be emailed to all coaches Wednesday, February 16th. I totally understand that coaches need to get a message to the AD so they may order a bus. The tournament is starting at 5:15p.m. Depending on the amount teams that enter - we will determine a better understanding on times.
Teams will come into the school leaving all belongs on the bus. Cheerleaders will enter with uniforms on and ready to go. There will be no holding area for teams. Therefore, hair and makeup must be done - locker rooms will not be opened (except to use the bathroom).
Each team will have a registration time, stretching time, warm up time, on deck time and performance time. Warm up times will be only about 3 minutes in each area. Therefore, please make sure you have an organized plan in place with your team before you report to your scheduled warm up times.
ATHLETIC TRAINER - we will have an athletic trainer on duty. Cheerleaders that need to be taped, must supply their own pre-wrap and medical tape. We will have ice available for athletes that will need this.
CHEER WEAR and more - we will have a cheer wear table available for teams and spectators to visit. Selling sweatshirts, t-shirts, key chains, water-bottles and more.
Awards will be announced in our auditorium and in our gymnasium. I will have more information for coaches so each divisions know where awards will be announced.
Scoresheets and Tally Sheets will be handed to the coaches only after the award ceremony.
SENIOR PRESENTATION - Each coach is requested to submit a picture of their seniors to landre@dcrsd.org on or before February 14th.
