Softball

  • Frisbee golf, Demonstrates the ability to; run, toss (types of toss, short distance, long distance), aim target strategies, catch, group and individual play
  • Golf, Demonstrates the ability to; Grip (overlap, interlock), putting (grip and stance) address the ball, swing, club use, aim target strategies
  • Track and Field, Demonstrates the ability to; run, jump, sprint, distance, hurdle, throw, relays, hand offs, starting blocks, mile run/walk (50,100, 200, 400 meters)

Fitness Test (Mid-test)

Indoor Recreational Activities

  • Badminton, Table Tennis, and Corn Hole- Demonstrate the ability to; serve, return, forehand, and backhand, game play, singles and doubles play, toss, aim target strategies. (Differentiation Instruction)
  • Mat-ball- apply kickball rules to an indoor game with base running adjustments
  • Dodgeball- Demonstrate the ability to ; throw, catch, and dodge

Handball
