Frisbee Golf

Frisbee golf, Demonstrates the ability to; run, toss (types of toss, short distance, long distance), aim target strategies, catch, group and individual play
Apply skills learned into game (short and long) play situations
Archery- Demonstrates the appropriate technique; stringing and unstringing the bow, address the target, hocking the arrow, drawing the bowstring, aim, and releasing the arrow.
Bocce ball- Demonstrates the appropriate technique; to aim is to score as many points as possible by placing their set of colored balls closest to the white jack ball. An attack and defend game, with two sides competing over a set number of ends.
Croquet- Demonstrates the appropriate technique; to aim and drive away (an opponent's ball) by holding one's own ball against it and striking this with the mallet. A player is entitled to do this after their ball has struck an opponent's ball.
Horse shoes - Demonstrates the appropriate technique; outdoor game played between two people (or two teams of two people) using four horseshoes and two throwing targets. The game is played by the players alternating turns tossing horseshoes.

Introduction to Weight-room fitness knowledge to learn proper lifting techniques, spotting methods, weight room safety and workout routines.
Activities will include, but are not limited to, a multitude of lifts utilizing free weights and machine weights, as well as an emphasis on conditioning and fitness.
Speedball

Corn hole- Demonstrate the ability to; play a game in which small bags filled with dried corn are tossed at a target consisting of an inclined wooden platform with a hole at one end
