Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data. Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits

Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms. Operates office machines including copiers and other standard office equipment. Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages. Greets school visitors. Maintains accurate and up to date permanent records. Schedules appointments, meetings, and conference times when appropriate for teachers, counselors, and principals.
