Stakeholder Groups

Interested in joining a stakeholder group? Here’s more information about the purpose of each group and the dates that the groups will meet throughout the year.

Joining a group is an investment of time. If you cannot join a group, you will still have the chance to provide your input and participate in discussions during in-person meetings and digital/paper surveys throughout the process. Thank you for considering!

Please note that not all community volunteers will be chosen for a spot in the stakeholder groups as spots are limited, but rest assured—all community members people will have an opportunity to voice their opinion throughout the study. Surveys close on January 30, 2026.

Advisory Committee

To help guide and inform the study as it progresses. Members will review information, ask questions, provide feedback, and help ensure the process reflects both communities. Recruitment begins January 13, 2026 with committee appointments following the week of February 2, 2026.

Meets five times throughout the study
Meetings are 2.5 hrs., rotating locations between districts.

The purpose of these groups is to broaden community participation by providing opportunities for more voices to review information and offer feedback on key study areas.

Elevating Student Voices

The purpose of this group is to ensure students have direct input into the study, share their lived experiences, and reflect on how potential changes may affect them.

Three student sessions total

Community Engagement Exchanges

The purpose of this group is to give the broader community a way to participate and share thoughts openly, at scale.

To accomplish this, we will utilize the ThoughtExchange platform which allows participants to share open-ended comments, read others’ comments, rate feedback and generate crowd-sourced insights.

This process of collective brainstorming will be refined by implementing four community exchanges, ensuring that all voices will be heard, even if individuals cannot attend meetings.
