Sign In

Go to https://dcls.interpretmanager.com/app/account/sign-in.

Sign in with your username and password.

Find PIN

For users, go to My Profile and find IVR Number/PIN.

For administrators, go to Configuration and find IVR Number/PIN.

View PIN

Hover over the ???????? to view your PIN. You will need to enter your PIN when calling the interpretation line. 

Important: do not use the PIN listed below. You must use your own unique PIN.

Call Phone Line

Call the interpretation line at +1 301-603-3186 and follow the prompts to connect to an interpreter.

Optional: If you always call the interpretation line from the same phone number, you can set up pre-authenticated PIN management. This will link your phone number with your account, allowing you to connect to an interpreter without entering your PIN each time. Contact your internal account administrator or DCLS account manager for more details.

Optional: Configure quick dials to create a custom phone line language menu, so you can simply dial a number instead of having to speak your desired language; for example, "Press 1 for Spanish", "Press 2 for Arabic", "Press 3 for French", etc. Contact your DCLS account manager for more details.
