Select Audio (speaker icon) or Video (video camera icon).

Select the desired language.

By default, gender preference for the interpreter is set to “no preference.” To specify a gender preference, click the three dots (…) in the top right-hand corner of the caller and select Male or Female. 

Important: keep the default language as English.

Click Call.

Once connected, to chat with the interpreter, click the chat bubble icon. 

To add another participant, click the plus button (+) in the top right-hand corner. Then, dial their phone number.

When you are finished speaking, end the call.
