*Your student's planner is the best place to find important dates. I will do my best to keep this updated, but please do not rely on this page.*

August 6th ~ First Day of School
August 12th ~ Back to School Night
September 7th ~ No School (Labor Day)
September 21st ~ No School (Staff Development Day)
September 17th ~ Picture Day
September 25th ~ Day of Awesomeness
September 29th ~  Chic Fil A Family Night 4-8pm
October 12th - October 16th ~ Parent/Teacher Conference Week (Minimum Days 12:45 dismissal)
October 23rd ~  Fall Festival
November 11th ~ No School (Veteran's Day)
November 20th ~ 5th Grade VAPA Performance 9:45am
November 23rd - 27th ~ No School (Fall Break)
December 21st - January 1st ~ Winter Break
January 18th ~ No School (MLK Day)
January 26th or 27th  ~  Walk Through the American Revolution (families are invited to attend this  on campus, half-day presentation ~ no younger siblings please)
January 28th ~ McTeacher Night @ McDonalds 5-8pm
February 15th - 19th ~ February Break
March 1st ~ No School (Staff Development)
March 3rd ~ Spring Picture Day
March 17th ~ Open House
March 22nd - April 2nd ~ Spring Break
April  14th~ 6th Grade Orientation (Students will attend during school hours. Parents will attend a separate orientation in the evening at Silverado.)
May 3rd - 7th ~ Staff Appreciation Week
May 3rd - May 21st State Testing  Weeks  ~  Typically the first 2 weeks of May for the entire school. 5th Grade will test an additional week for Science. 
May 31st ~ No School (Memorial Day)
June 3rd ~ Last Day of School: 5th Grade Parade (Families invited ~ Go to the cafeteria after school drop off) and Field Day (Minimum Day)
