My goal is to have students appreciate physical activity and become life-long healthy humans:

3. To be smarter (problem solver and strategize on their toes)
Jump Rope - students will practice a variety of jump rope skills to build a foundation of jumping using a jump rope. The skills will start with novice skills, building to intermediate skills and end with challenging skills. Each student will need to practice during PE sessions to show progress and mastery of skills!
