We are now accepting submissions of SY 2025-2026 Admission Requirements.
For NEW Students:
Submit the original documents (PSA Birth Certificate, Report Card & Good Moral Certificate).
Reservation Receipt.
Students with SUMMER ENRICHMENT CLASS can not proceed unless they have passed.
If ESC Grantee, submit ESC Certificate.
For OLD Students:
Students with outstanding balances can not proceed unless fully paid.
Students with reservations must bring their receipt.
Students with an Approved Scholarship must bring their letter of confirmation.
STEP 1: Information Desk
Get Student Status for enrollment.
Get School and Book Fees.
Get School Materials List per level.
Get Uniform information.
STEP 2: Registration Form
Fill out the registration form
If a Representative, present your authorization letter and ID.
Signed the Enrollment Agreement form.
STEP 3: Encoding
Ensure that information/s is encoded correctly, especially your communications email and contact details.
If no changes in the current information, proceed to step 4.
STEP 4: Assessment
Students will be assessed for tuition payment and other fees.
STEP 5: Payment
Option 1: Online Payment
You may opt to pay online; follow our online payment instructions.
Get your student ID number before you proceed to online payment.
Option: 2 Onsite Payment
The cashier accepts only Cash and Check payments.
You may write one check for two or more children’s fees.
