Caring for my rabbit

This rabbit exersizes in the backyard! While you never want to leave your rabbit unsupervized (for hawks and other predators) you may want to let you rabbit roam inside or outside your house! Also, you should NEVER leave your rabbit in any type of cage. In addition to that, NEVER use a water bottle! Always use a water dish or bowl!

These pet rabbits are eating hay! hay is your rabbits main course! You also should balance a bit of lettuce (not iceburg or cabbage,) and timothy hay based pellets. You also can spoil your bunny with treats (fruit such as banana or apple) or manufactured hay based treats!

This adorable bunny is yawning! While occasionaly brushing your pet is a great favor, You never want to bathe your bunny!!! They clean themselves, just like cats! When you bathe them, since their fur dries very slowly, they have a high risk of hypothermia and other diseases!

While rabbit don't particularly enjoy being held, if you do, you MUST do it the right way. never hold them by their scruff or skin and always support their butt, bottom of stomach and all paws.
