Bronx Community College (BCC) and the Day Care Council of NY (DCCNY) chose to design and pilot an innovative apprenticeship in the growing field of Educational Services. The project will “reactivate” the Early Childhood Associate (ECA) apprenticeship program that the NYS Department of Labor (NYSDOL) currently designated as an “inactive trade,” by providing an employer sponsor.
