How to Find Missing Khan Assignments

How to Use Khan Academy

HOMEWORK & ASSIGNMENTS

To find assignments: go to www.khanacademy.org and use the left-hand menu to click on assignments and then choose "Active" (this week's assignments) or "Past" (old assignments).

PASSING & RESTARTING ASSIGNMENTS

You need 70% or higher to pass a Khan assignment.

That means 3 of 4 questions (75% only 1 wrong) or 5 of 7 questions (71% only 2 wrong).

If you pass an assignment but it doesn't show up on the assignments list page, click refresh.

If you have too many questions wrong and already know that you're not going to pass, you can restart the assignment by typing in wrong answers for each question, then clicking "Move on" or "Skip for now" in the popup message. Then go back to the assignment page and click "try again."

If you're stuck, you can watch the Khan video or click "Get a Hint." Using a hint will mark the question as wrong, so you might want to go through all the questions and use hints for all of them so you can see their answer explanations, then restart the assignment.

Drawing Tool: Click on the blue squiggle mark in the bottom left-hand corner of the assignment to open the drawing tool. You can use this to use your finger on a touchscreen to do a math problem.

COURSE MASTERY & DOING EXTRA KHAN PRACTICE

In the left-hand menu you can also click on "Course Mastery" to see your course mastery % or to work on extra skills in your grade's math course. The fastest way to increase your % is to do quizzes and unit tests on Khan.
