Why We Fundraise: Funding from the school and district only covers a fraction of the money needed to run a successful baseball program. Through our fundraising efforts, we are able to fill the gaps in costs for coaches’ salaries, equipment, uniforms, field maintenance and the completion of our indoor baseball facility. Many of our fundraisers also give funds directly to our players to help them cover the cost of playing baseball for DCHS throughout the year.
Fundraising for the DCHS Baseball Booster Club does not guarantee any player a spot on a DCHS baseball team. Any donations or funds raised for a player that does not play that season will be credited to the program in general. All funderaising and sponsorship funds are non-refundable.

Quarterly Rewards Statements
King Soopers Community rewards is an Opportunity for you to help offset your player's fees by simply doing your regular grocery shopping each week.
To designate the DCHS baseball program as your Community Reward recipient, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your King Soopers card account
2. Go to My Account
3. Go to Community Rewards
4. Select "Douglas County High School Baseball Booster Organization #EB036"
By scanning your King Soopers card or inputting the phone number you used to set up your King Soopers card when you do your grocery shopping, King Soopers will donate a percentage to the DC Baseball program. Each quarter you will receive an email from the Booster Board asking you to screenshot your community rewards total and email it to Treasurer@dcbaseballbooster.org in order to credit your player's account.

For every quality survey completed, we receive $1.60, and we have until March 3rd to fill them out. Each survey takes only 60-90 seconds and is emoji-based. We're asking everyone to complete 75 surveys total – that's just 25 a day. You can also complete multiple surveys from different email addresses

This Fundraiser happens after Teams are picked the end of February
The Fundraising University FUND-U-NOW has an efficient process that helps athletes raise money for a successful season
We ask that each parent/guardian help their athlete gather 30 or more cell phone numbers of their biggest supporters i.e. “Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Older Siblings, Family friends.” Please have the phone numbers written on the attached call list and ensure that all potential supporters are aware they’ll be receiving communication from your athlete via text and call
***Phone numbers are only used by your student for fundraising. They will not be entered anywhere except on their own cell phone***
A text message will be sent with a donation link, followed by a call from your student to each of his/her potential donors. Your student will explain why we are fundraising and ask for their support of Douglas County Baseball.
There are no emails to collect, or constant bombardment of emails going out to your friends and family. The FUND-U-NOW is one hour, utilizing personalized texts and phone calls and will be a lively team bonding experience for our athletes. Every donor will receive an electronic receipt along with a digital gift filled with merchant discounts. We are confident there are many people eager to support our athletes and the FUND-U-NOW program affords them the opportunity to help. This Fundraiser will be a success if you can help our athletes develop a quality list.
