3-Days Workshop on Yogasana and Pranayam
The World Health Organization mentions yoga as a means to improve health in its Global action plan on physical activity 2018–2030: more active people for a healthier world. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with ourselves, nature and the world. With this idea, Department of Physical Education & Sports Sciences is organized 3-days Yoga workshop on the concept of 'Foundation of Aasana and Pranayana' on zoom online platform under the ‘Vidya Vistar Scheme’. Recognizing the importance of Yoga, the workshop focused on to raise the awareness of practicing yoga, to promote the holistic health of every individual.
