Sonam Tomar joined the Department of Commerce of Deshbandhu college in the month of August 2017. She started her career as an Assistant Professor in the year 2015 by joining a Deemed University. She desires to be an active researcher in the field of Organizational Behaviour. She has been an active participant in various seminars, conferences, workshops.

With each passing day, she incessantly strives to become a better teacher. She ensures to inculcate not only subject-related knowledge to her students but also motivate and supervise them for their future endeavors.

She has been a fervent believer in the fact that there is no substitute for hard work. She aims to contribute with utmost dedication and commitment for the upliftment of the college.
