Guidelines for Abstract Preparation:
The corresponding author is responsible for the abstract content. This author is the contact person for submission and communication purposes and is also responsible for disseminating information related to the abstract to the co-authors.
Authors are responsible for the originality and proofreading of the abstract.
Language of Abstract: English
Prepare your abstract in a word processing software such as MS Word. It is advisable to use the template (in MS Word) for the abstract.
Word Limit for Abstract: 300 words [Overall abstract (including references) should not exceed one page].
Use Times New Roman 12-point font and 1-inch side margins and Line spacing 1.5 for the abstract and include the following information in the abstract:
Title: Please ensure that the first word of your title starts with a Capital Letter. BOLD the entire title.
Authors: List the authors with last name and initial. If there is more than one author, separate the author’s name with a comma. Example: Khurana S, Gupta D, and Arora A. The name of the presenter should be underlined.
Note: If the presenting author is not underlined, the first author will be considered as the presenter and it cannot be changed in any situation.
Affiliation: Please write the affiliation of the authors in the following order: Department, School (or Faculty), University (or Research Institute), City, Country. Example: Department of Chemistry, Deshbandhu College, University of Delhi, Delhi, India.
Email ID: Include the email ID of the corresponding author just below the affiliation.
Abstract body: The abstract body should cover the study's rationale, methods, results, and overall significance/contributions.
Image: A high-resolution (300 DPI) image as a figure/ scheme may be inserted in the abstract. The size of the image should not exceed 30 MB.
Keywords: Include 3 to 5 keywords to describe the research content of the submitted abstract.
References: Two to five references may be included to support the abstract content.
Please save your abstract in the following manner: "yourlastName-yourfirstName.doc" (name of the presenter should be used) in Microsoft Word format (doc or docx) only.
Important: please don’t submit the same abstract with different names, if there is more than one presenting author.

Abstracts submitted in other formats will NOT be accepted.
A panel of National and International experts will review all submitted abstracts, and the information regarding the acceptance of the abstract will be communicated to your registered email ID.
After submission of the abstract, kindly use your registered email ID for the correspondence.
The last date for abstract submission is September 05, 2023.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation:
The oral presentation should be prepared in MS PowerPoint in compatibility mode only.
Time slots will be 10 minutes for oral presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
A copy of the presentation should be submitted 20 days before October 6, 2023, by email to iche@db.du.ac.in
It is advisable to bring a copy of your presentation to avoid any technical difficulties during the presentation.
Follow the time limit for the presentation.
Present the abstract's claimed subject matter only.
Avoid tiny fonts and include visuals to help your audience to stay engaged and attentive.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation:
The size of the poster should be 4 feet X 3 feet (121 X 92 cm) in portrait mode.
Leave margins of 3 inches from each side.
The printed poster should indicate the Title followed by the Authors and their affiliations.
The poster should clearly define Objectives, Methodology, Outcomes, and Conclusions.
Refer to your acceptance letter/ website, and/or the final conference program for the time and location of your poster session and set-up time.
Avoid using all capitals, and aim for uniformity in margin size, line spacing, shading, color, and line thickness.
Authors are strongly advised not to use more than two or three different fonts and colors throughout the poster.
It is advised to have a title that can be read from at least 15 feet away and body text that can be read from at least 6 feet away.
If applied for online participation, a copy of the poster should be submitted 20 days before October 6, 2023, by email to iche@db.du.ac.in
Please note that abstracts that are not as per the guidelines will be rejected
