Ms. Anjana Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany in Deshbandhu College, University of Delhi. She joined the college in January 2013. She started her career as a Botany lecturer in the year 2005. She completed her M.Phil. in the field of Botany from Department of Botany, University of Delhi, Delhi in 2007. She graduated in Environmental Science from Maitreyi College, University of Delhi and post graduated in Botany from Department of Botany, University of Delhi and MSc. Ecology and Environment from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok.

She often participates in conferences and seminars, and so far, has attended many seminars and conferences held in India. She constantly takes part in several workshops.

She is passionate about teaching and also actively involved in research with more than ten publications in reputed National and International journals.

She is actively involved in social media of college, admissions, examination process in botany department and particulary in college. She is also involved in various other responsibilities in college during 'SABRANG' annual cultural festival of deshbandhu college; in cultural committee, NAAC , IQAC, SSR Committees. She handles college whatsapp and email id for student queries and various other assignments & responsibilities given by the college .
