To start this project, I found a silhouette of a baseball player swinging a bat and planned to put text along the top and bottom of the bat. The text I wanted to add was my baseball team's name, the Niwot Barnstormers.
Nest, I converted the file to a .DXF and inserted it into Fusion 360 and used the Extrude tool to expand it upwards a half inch. Next, I had to create my stock which was a 10 x 10 x 0.5 inch box.
Finally, I sent the job over to the CNC and ran it. After I got the final product, I decided to paint it all black and then paint on green letters to make them pop more. The paint on the letters didn't come out well so I wish I hadn't but thats something I will just remember for the future. Sadly I wasn't able to get a picture of the final piece though.
