Dawson MakerEd Jam

Dawson MakerEd Jam 2025

Come spend a week dreaming, collaborating, and building with other maker educators in Dawson School’s Makerspace in Lafayette, Colorado.

Have an idea for a project that you’ve always wanted to build? Want to take your skills to the next level? This is your chance to make it happen in a supportive community of learners. The projects we work on could be just about anything...

Feel free to sign up if you have a specific project idea or if you are interested in developing skills around a specific tool, material, or workflow. Part of the fun will be hearing other participants’ project ideas and deciding what you’d like to work on. The Makerspace at Dawson has a wide variety of equipment and materials that can be used as part of the projects.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment for exploration, tinkering, and learning. Let's learn from one another and dive into some large-scale projects.
