How to access CLASSROOM REPORTS:
Click "Observations"
Click on "CLASS Data Reports" in the top dropdown menu
Create New Report
Enter the date, class version, age level
In the "Hierarchy" section, select ONLY the classroom names to be included in the report
Click "Generate Report"
This will allow program directors/administrators to download individual classroom reports.
How to access PROGRAM REPORTS:
Click "Observations"
Click on "CLASS Data Reports" in the top dropdown menu
Create New Report
Enter the date, class version, age level
In the "Hierarchy" section, select the PROGRAM to be included in the report
Click "Generate Report"
This will allow program directors/administrators to capture an average of all entered observations for all the centers that fall under that program.
