The undersigned, hereby agree to:

• All the terms mentioned below:

• Make the payment for the balance amount to the authorized staff only

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 12 days before the event; failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled

• Any type of permission & approval is the responsibility of the notice

• Firing and the use of firecrackers are strictly forbidden. Party must follow all rules and regulations imposed by the government or any other authority

• Any type of uncertain situation is not the responsibility of company management. In this case, the company will charge the full amount to the party

• The deadline for cancelling an event is 120 hours before the event. Otherwise, the event will be considered on the schedule, and the party will be obligated to pay the full amount

• In case of cancellation, 35% of the total amount will be charged
