Menu: TBD
Parent volunteers for LUNCH HELPERS should report to the Instrumental music room at 11:40am to gather supplies and drinks and then head to the area outside of the side doors to set up the meal.
Help students with their uniforms: zipping, tying, adjusting, and switching uniform parts. Make sure black socks and shoes are on the student's feet. Help with hair if necessary. Plumes are handed out at football games. For competitions, raincoats are handed out by section before the buses leave.
Parent volunteers for UNIFORMS please meet Marching Band Uniforming Room at 11:45pm.
Parent volunteers for POST GAME UNIFORMS should be at Marching Band Uniforming Room when the students arrive back to DHS.
Prop volunteers may help design, create, and build props for a show. They also help move props on and off the field for performances. On competition days they help load the props at the HS and unload props from the trailer at the event site, move props to the performance field, and move same onto and off the field for the performance. We need to be timely during the competition to do this, so we need many parents to help.
Parent volunteers for PIT AND PROPS should report to the school to load the trailer and should meet the equipment truck at the competition site to help unload and put together the props.
