DYC introduces children to the joy of choral singing with a focus on learning to sing, working together, and having fun!
DYC introduces children to the joy of choral singing with a focus on learning to sing, working together, and having fun!
DYC offers three age-specific vocal ensembles for young singers ages kindergarten through ninth grade, and is open to all who are interested in participating. In addition to having fun singing and learning diverse repertoire, DYC students learn skills appropriate to their age level, including proper vocal singing technique, pitch matching; rehearsal, audition, and performance skills; how to sing harmony, read a choral score, and practice ear training.

Ages: Kindergarten (age 5 minimum) – 2nd Grade
Meetings: Wednesdays 2:45-3:45 PM
Tuition: $100/semester*
All skill levels
Ages: 3rd – 9th Grades
Meetings: Wednesdays 4-5:15 PM
Tuition: $250/semester*
All skill levels
Ages: 7th grade – high school
Meetings: Thursdays 7pm-8:15PM
Tuition: $250/semester*
Advanced Skills – Please contact the director if you are unsure which choir is the best fit for the singer's skill level.

Openings are limited, so those who are interested in participating are strongly encouraged to reserve their place in the choir.

What a beautiful way to close out the year! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Family-Friendly Spring Concert. It was a joy to share the stage with singers of all ages and celebrate the end of a fantastic season with our community. Your support throughout the 2025-2026 season has meant everything to us, and we are so grateful for every concert-goer, donor, volunteer, and cheerleader along the way. We can't wait to make more music with you in 2026-2027!
