I'm not from the US or Canada. Can I take advantage of your service? We are reserving the first 300 slots for North Americans. Check back in with us in early August.

Can I drop my bag off on Sunday, Aug. 20th?  No!  We are heading to Loudeac prior to the start of the first wave of riders. 

Can I purchase the service for someone else other than me?  No.
Why not? Each bag is attached to one person, so it's easier and safer to have one person purchase/register for their own bag.

If I don't ride, can I get a refund?    No!

I DNF. Will you get bags back to Rambouillet sooner so I can get mine?   No!

I forget to pick up my bag in Rambouillet after PBP. Will you send it to me?   No!

I overpack. Can I purchase the service for 2 bags?   No!

Can I purchase the service on the day of bag drop off, August 19th?   Yes! BUT! 
The cost will be 90 euro. We encourage you to plan and purchase ahead of time as we have a 300 bag limit and those who register on-line have priority.

Can I pick up my friend's drop bag in Loudeac or at the end in Rambouillet, if they ask me too? Yes BUT! Only if you have the accompanying wristband/s to the tag on the bag (the numbers need to match).

I’m staying outside of Rambouillet. Will you drop it off at my hotel?   No!

I leave my bag in my hotel in/near Loudeac. Will you get it for me?   No!

I get back to Rambouillet before bag drop arrives? Wait for us to arrive.

I lost my wristband. What now? Be prepared to provide proper ID in the form of a passport or driver's license so we can match you to our records.

The providers of this service are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged bags. We will do our best to keep your valuables and stinky cycling gear safe!
