If you have one of the Chromebook models listed on the left or see this colorful Chrome logo at the bottom of the screen, you have an actual Chromebook that can be powerwashed to fix many issues that your device might be having. See the directions below on on how to powerwash the Chromebook.
Sign out of your Chromebook completely.
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
Select Restart.
In the box that appears, select Powerwash Continue.
Follow the steps that appear
Once you've reset your Chromebook:
You'll be prompted to connect to your wireless.
You should see an Enterprise Enrollment login pop up. Use these credentials:
Email: enroll@daviess.kyschools.us
Password: 12345678
You should now be able to login as yourself. You may want to restart the Chromebook once afterwards to make sure all policies are updated.

If you see this Chromium logo on your device, you have a device that has been converted to a Chromebook and is considered Neverware. These are not able to be powerwashed. It might be one of these models:
Lenovo R61
Lenovo x220
Lenovo x120e
Lenovo x131e
Lenovo R500
Dell Latitude 3340
