Mrs. Lynn Turner 

I am so excited to be moving up to 7th grade with this amazing group of students! We are going to have such a fun and meaningful year together—especially diving into great books and building community in the House of Sollevare.

My name is Lynn Turner, and this is my 34th year in education. Over the years, I’ve taught everything from 2nd to 7th grade and even served as an Instructional Coach. While I’ve loved teaching students of all ages, middle school has truly captured my heart—they are my very favorite!

Outside of school, I’m a proud mom of two grown sons. One lives and works in Raleigh, and the other is in Wilmington. My husband and I are adjusting to our new adventure as empty nesters. I love spending my time reading, walking at Tanglewood, and being with friends, family, and our two sweet dogs. The beach is my happy place—especially when my whole family is there with me.
