Welcome to NDMS!
I look forward to helping my students transition from elementary to middle school. I started at NDMS in the fall of 2015. I have worked in Davie County schools since 2005 and taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades before coming to 6th grade. I know where you've been and where you've got to be. It's going to be a great year!
To know what's happening in Mrs. Dyson's SS class, check Infinite Campus to monitor graded assignments. You can also have your child sign in to Canvas to show you their work or check out the WAAG (Week at a Glance - also posted below for parents to view without Canvas).
Social Studies assignments will be posted weekly in Canvas in a Module. Students will work in the Module assigned for that week. Students will start with the first assignment at the top of the module and then move in sequential order to the bottom of the Module. Assignments are due weekly.
