1. Water breaks important
2. Bathroom breaks
• Partner stunts and pyramids (30 minutes)
1. Safety and spotting techniques taught and/or reviewed
2. Work on specific progression (simple to complex)
3. Material appropriate for ability level
4. Stunts and pyramids checked off when mastered
• Cheer/Chant (30 minutes)
1. Beginning of year—learning material
2. Later in year—review and updating
3. Incorporation of tumbling, jumps, stunts
• Cool down
1. Stretch
2. Remind squad of upcoming events, dates
