Terms of Service – ClickWars Royale

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ClickWars Royale (“the Game”). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
  
  

• If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental consent.
  
  

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal entertainment.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
  
  

• Interfere with servers or network operations.
  
  

• Violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
  
  

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Game are owned by Benjamin Davidson. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Game.

5. Availability and Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Benjamin Davidson from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• United States Residents: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nassau County, New York.
  
  

• EU/EEA Residents: Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.
  
  

• Other Jurisdictions: Local mandatory law applies where required.
  
  

9. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
