Invited Speaker

Dr. Larry EngelHardt

Francis Marion University

Dr. Larry Engelhardt is a Professor of Physics at Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. He has received many awards and honors including the 2023 Excellence in Physics Education Award from the APS and the Distinguished Service to the AAPT award in 2019. Dr. Engelhardt is currently a member of the PICUP Leadership Council and Editorial Board. His work on the integration of AI into physics education is both exciting and inspiring, and we look forward to learning from him during our meeting!

Saturday Breakfast

A light breakfast of pastries, fruit, and yogurt will be available prior to the opening session of the day.

Saturday Lunch

Boxed lunches will be provided by the Davidson's Much Ado catering service. Sandwich and salad options are listed below. You will be asked to indicate your lunch preference on the event registration form.

Sandwiches (served with chips, cookie, and bottle of water):

Chefs Chicken Salad on Croissant
Turkey, Apple, Brie on Wheatberry
Hummus and Grilled Veggie Wrap (Vegan/Vegetarian)

Salad (served with cookie and bottle of water):

Spinach and Quinoa Salad with Cucumbers, Tomato, Tofu, Pumpkin Seeds, Dried Cranberries (Vegan and Made without Gluten)
