PRE-HEALTH

Resources for Students Interested in Clinical Careers

If you are interested in pursuing a clinical path after Davidson, it's important to get connected with both the Premedicine & Allied Health Professions Office and participate in Pre-Health programming that the Matthews Center offers. You should enroll in the "Premedicine & Allied Health Professions Program" Moodle page which is a self-enrolled resource page containing many helpful opportunities and program announcements, as well as get yourself added to the email distribution list managed by the Program. All Pre-Health students are strongly encouraged to go through the PAC process led by Dr. Mamoon at Davidson the fall before you plan to submit your application the following summer (details included on the Moodle page).

Meet with with Matthews Center Pre-Health advisor, Aisling Zaccarelli, to discuss your journey 1:1 either during her drop-in hours or in a scheduled appointment. And, be sure to check the weekly digest from the Matthews Center for upcoming Pre-Health programming of interest.
