Before jumping into an interview, conduct a brief review of the employer's platforms: company website, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Look for references about DEI initiatives and where they are placed on the website. Are they easy to find or do you have to search for them? These can include:

Background/abstracts about senior leadership
Does the organization have a Chief Diversity Officer or Diversity Manager on staff?

Pictures posted on the website- are they representative of a diverse group of people?
