MSAADA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Msaada is a mentorship program designed to support Black women-identifying students at Davidson College; however, all students are welcome to inquire about the benefits of this and other programs sponsored by the Matthews Center for Career Development. Msaada Mentorship Program was created to support Black women students at Davidson College by matching them with Davidson Black alumnae. Ideally, a Black woman student who agrees to participate will commit to being mentored by a Black alumna for at least one year. Mentors will provide their mentees with: guidance; insight into the field; networking opportunities; and professional encouragement.
