The Divisions

Junior Division (Ages 10-14)

The Junior Division builds a strong foundation for young leaders through mentorship, academic support, and character development.

Focus Areas: Academic Success, Character Development, Teamwork and Respect, Goal Setting, and Community Awareness.

Participants will:

• Build confidence and self-discipline. 

• Improve academic performance. 

• Develop positive habits and life skills. 

• Learn respect, leadership, and teamwork. 

• Give back through community service. 

• Be part of a brotherhood that lasts.

Senior Division (Ages 15-18)

The Senior Division prepares older students for college, careers, and life as leaders who lift others as they climb.

Focus Areas: 

• Leadership Development, 

• Career and College Readiness, 

• Financial Literacy, Public Speaking, and 

• Mentorship and Service.

Participants will:

• Strengthen leadership and communication skills. 

• Prepare for college, careers, or the military. 

• Learn financial literacy and life skills. 

• Participate in service and lead with purpose. 

• Mentor and uplift younger students. 

• Join a network of brothers committed to success
