How to get Pre-Approval
If you are taking this course for grad credit and plan to use it for salary advancement, you need to log in to your Employee Online to get the course pre-approval completed. You will need the following information:

Begin by creating an account in AEA Learning Online
Do not create a second account within the system, as that can cause lost training records and issues logging in. If you have created a previous account, first try to reset your password, check with your district contact person, or click HELP.
Remember to add employment information. If new to your district, reach out to the district’s Human Resource department for the password. If you are not currently a district employee you will not need to do anything and be registered as a Pay Customer
New account creations and updates in the AEA Learning System are added to the AEA Professional Learning Registration system through an overnight updating process. New users will need to wait until the next day to register for face-to-face and online facilitated courses

Click on the links above that were provided to you and login using the same username and password used on the AEA Learning Online site.

I don’t remember my password
Click on “forget your password?”. Enter your email and verification code. You should receive an email within a few minutes. The email will provide you with directions for resetting your password. To help keep your account secure, we are not able to provide you with your password.
