I worked on functional and technical documentation of solutions, designing systems built on top of GE Digital software platforms for industrial automation. I participated in support, in-company training, and field services to troubleshoot issues and deployments on the customer's network. The company adopted a training script that I designed from scratch. I have developed, together with my manager, other technical and project documents to help my team and my manager with daily operational tasks and reports.

Inter program: The company has used a desktop application that I've developed to show the noise analysis results of a just built motor. The project was build in C# and Siemens SDK to communicate with their OPC server.
