Contact Information Update Form

Please use this form to request a contact information update for your LEA’s Reporting contact and/or Assessment Coordinator.

When completed, email the form to pacustomerservice@datarecognitioncorp.com. Please allow at least one business day to process your request after DRC receives the completed request form.

Please note: It is the District Assessment Coordinator’s responsibility to update/add school users in eDIRECT. This form only updates the District Reporting and/or District Assessment Coordinator.

Directions for District Assessment Coordinator:

  1. The District Assessment Coordinator logs into https://pa.emetric.net and enters his/her username/password.

  2. Follow the directions to "Create New User" . These directions can be found in the emetric userguide on pg. 17-18.

  3. Be sure to assign the New Contact as an "Admin. User" to view region schools' emetric data.
