I finally applied this tool to my own small business.  Filled out tool.  Fed it to Mistral. Outputs were:

Areas for Improvement:

Strategy: Develop a data strategy, include data ethics/governance, and establish AI rules.

Regulatory Compliance: Implement immutable logs for AI and store high-sensitivity data on EU sovereign cloud.

Platform Unification: Integrate platforms for shared data/standardization/automation.

AI Literacy: Improve AI literacy and utilization for decision-making.

Next Steps:

Prioritize regulatory compliance and platform unification.

Enhance AI literacy and develop a comprehensive data strategy.

Developing Agent for Analysis and Project Management

I have begun using and troubleshooting some AI agents to see what extent they are useful to my work and work flow.

NAO Labs - I have this setup but the data I use isn't in databases.  Am currently working on moving my flat files into a database (probably DuckDB) and then will peruse them with NAO.  I have three main projects I will review: 1. Bad Bunny database I built 2. food waste data I have along with a household estimate model I built 3. am curious about gender data on hosehold roles and I see data in various countries but not consolidated

 Claude - I am working on a Claude-based system to see what management tasks I can farm over to Claude.  Just started this a few days ago so new.
