A Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Kia Meng graduated with an Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and a Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Singapore. He is also a certified Data Science Practitioner-Instructor by IBM. Kia Meng founded Databuilder Pte. Ltd. to focus on helping clients adopt data-driven learning design and offer training on data science and business analytics topics.

Jeffrey holds a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) and ACTA from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Singapore. He is also a certified Data Science Practitioner-Instructor by IBM. Jeffrey graduated with an Honours degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, BSc in Mathematics and Economics (Honours) from University of London (Singapore) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE) Singapore.

Roger holds a Master of Education in Learning Sciences and Technology from the Nanyang Technological University, a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) and ACTA from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Singapore. He has had over a decade experience as an IT-business professional at major technology firms such as IBM and Oracle. Roger graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from SIM Global Education and diplomas in Computer Studies and Management.
