The UNITE SPLD 2020 conference is finalised and we hope to see you online for the conference.

We have presenters from all over the world some presenting LIVE from the USA and UK!
DAS has been overwhelmed with the support of our local and international colleagues and we appreciate their continued support of our SpLD community.
We look forward to delivering you a "different" conference this year, we won't let the virus stop us from learning!

ADVISORY 3 - 25 APRIL 2020
UnITE SpLD 2020 in view of COVID-19
DAS has decided to proceed with our annual conference UNITE SPLD 2020 as an online conference delivered by webinar.
The conference will be held on Wednesday, 24 June and Thursday, 25 June 2020.
Ticket sales will be available on 27 April 2020 @ $75 each.
We are still refining our programme, however, a number of our presenters who would have ordinarily travelled to Singapore are no longer able to do so. In place, they will present LIVE from their home country or will provide us with a pre-recorded presentation.

UnITE SpLD 2020 in view of COVID-19
​Dear Presenters,
Thank you for your invaluable contributions to the Dyslexia Association of Singapore's annual UnITE SpLD Conference.
We've received numerous submissions that are of very high quality. Unfortunately, in view of the current global situation with regard to the COVID-19, we have had to review the conference format which may now be held as a webinar instead. This may now further reduce the number of presentations that we can accept for UnITE SpLD 2020.
At the same time, we believe that an Online Conference may help us reach a wider audience and continue to allow the interaction that is expected at in-person conferences.
We thank you for your patience during this difficult time and for your continued support of UnITE SpLD Conference.
We hope to provide you with updates on the conference by the end of March 2020.

ADVISORY 1 - 17 FEBRUARY 2020
Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
DAS is closely monitoring the Novel Coronavirus situation in partnership with local government authorities. The advisory from the Ministry of Health states that large scale events may proceed as planned with safety measures put into place.
As of the date of this advisory, UNITE SPLD 2020 will proceed as usual and measures will be put in place to ensure the health and safety of all attendees.
In accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Tourism Board (STB), the following measures will be put in place to ensure the safety of presenters and participants the UNITE SPLD 2020 Conference.
- Temperature Screening at the event venue
- Physical cleaning and usage of appropriate disinfectant agents
- Travel declarations and data collection of participants and presenters
- Provision of masks and hand sanitisers
- Communication of Health Advisories
