CREDIT CARD: 

DAS can only accept VISA and Mastercard Payments.  Please complete the form with your credit card details and mail the original signed form to the DAS address below.

DIRECT TRANSFER:

So that we can identify your payment when it reaches our account, please add the Reference:  “SWATCH <space> YOUR_NAME”.  We would appreciate it if you could send the transfer confirmation by email to finance@das.org.sg

PAYNOW: 

Scan and Pay the QR CODE, and select the UEN No.:  202114767K.  Under UEN/Bill Reference number please enter “SWATCH <space> YOUR_NAME”. We would appreciate it if you could send the payment confirmation by email to finance@das.org.sg

CHEQUES: 

To be made out to "Dyslexia Association of Singapore Limited" or "DAS LTD". Kindly send your cheque with the completed form to the address below to facilitate the delivery of your SWATCH Watch purchase.

DONATIONS:  Can I make a donation too?

Yes, that would be wonderful!!  All donations above $50 attract a 2.5 times tax deduction.  Please note that if you purchase a watch you are not entitled to a tax deduction for that purchase, see T&C 11.  To receive a tax deduction receipt we will require your NRIC/FIN/UEN.

DELIVERY OF SWATCHES

LOCAL DELIVERY 

Standard delivery by SINGPOST - $5.  The buyer will incur this cost.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We will provide you with a quote to deliver the watches after you have confirmed your intention to purchase them.  We will correspond with you about the cost of delivery so that you can add this cost to your payment.

SELF COLLECTION

Purchased watches can be collected during Office Hours from:
